The ship hull cleaning sector is currently facing great challenges, one of them is the collection of waste generated in the cleaning process (which today ends up on the seabed), something unaffordable from an environmental point of view.
Randal Systems, following in the footsteps of its HULL HERO ROV product, has created a HULL HERO MICRO manual cleaner and polisher for cleaning boat hulls with waste collection. Ideal for cleaning the hulls of small boats and perfectly complements the boat hull cleaning ROV, it reaches where they cannot be reached.At this moment we are in the marketing stage in Spain, with several units sold and others in the negotiation and testing phase with various clients and at the beginning of international expansion.

Hull hero components
Hull Hero Micro is the compact hull cleaning and polishing system with integrated debris collection and filtration. Designed for precision in confined areas, it delivers the same professional performance as its industrial counterpart — ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and full underwater autonomy.
Hand brush
Underwater cleaning tool for cleaning propellers and boat hull using wire and plastic brushes with absorption of dirty water, obtaining cleaning without contaminating the environment.
Hand polisher
Underwater cleaning tool for polishing propellers and boat hulls using marine polishing discs with absorption of dirty water, obtaining cleaning without contaminating the environmen
Hydraulic group
Hydraulic assembly to feed hand tools. Ability to work with two tools simultaneously with completely independent supply lines. It is equipped with a gasoline engine.
Filtration Station
The filtration station is responsible for receiving water mixed with debris dislodged during cleaning, brought to the surface by the cleaning machine through the umbilical. It consists of several stages with progressively finer filtration steps. The first stage uses a grate that collects larger debris, which can then be removed via an integrated sweeping system.
Motor pump
The motor pump is the unit for suctioning dirty water. It is equipped with a 7.5 HP gasoline engine, with a maximum flow rate of 66,000 l/h, a maximum suction height of 7 meters, dimensions of 550 x 430 x 450 mm, and a weight of 35 kg.
Umbilical
The umbilical is 65 meters long and consists of thermoplastic hydraulic hoses, absorption hose, and quick connectors at their ends.
Accessories
Hull Hero Micro includes a kit of 3 brushes of different hardness as well as a set of discs.
